“Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remastered Edition” will be released on November 14th

Old meets new at Square-Enix Rework Dragon Quest III It will be released on Switch on November 14th. In addition, the HD-2D remake will join the re-releases of the two previous games in the trilogy next year, Dragon Quest I and Dragon Quest 2, using the same innovation engine. It may sound strange to launch the third game in a trilogy first, but the prequel, originally released in 1988, is the chronological first in the gaming universe. HD-2D remasters of the first two titles, originally released in 1986 and 1987, will be released as a game sometime in 2025.
